Program Details

The mentorship program is available to IABC QC members only. Members wishing to become mentees must have a minimum of one year of professional experience in the communications field, while members wishing to become mentors must have a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the communications field.

The IABC QC mentorship program matches candidates according to their individual interests and needs. It provides a framework with resources and regular points of contact that formalizes the mentoring relationship and enables progress and learning to be monitored.

The program generally lasts from 9 months to one year, with the possibility of extending it if mentees and mentors so wish.
